Hector Contreras, Treasurer
Hector has been a Certified Shorthand Reporter for 10 years. He has worked both as a freelance and official reporter. Hector loves freelance reporting for its freedom and the not knowing what you're going to hear or where you're going to be on any given day. He loves being an official for the prestige, the reliable paycheck, and all the benefits that come with the position. Hector also loves that he is in a profession that has been around since 3200 BC, and the fact that his position keeps evolving. He has always known that he wanted to be in a profession where he would be constantly learning and feels very fortunate to have found court reporting.
